Lamiidan, the Eminence of Varatra. Not much is known about Lamiidan. All that people know of the Eminence of Varatra is that he served as a torturer in Kizkan, one of the hell planes. But after being summoned, Lamiidan seemed to be everything but a torturer. Lamiidan is a relaxed and confident man, who has been ordered to have fun by the girl who summoned him to the Teàrlach plane.
One of the tales that talk about the Eminence of Varatra mention that Lamiidan uses Thunder magic to torture people. But other tales speak of Lamiidan as a much more fearsome creature. One that uses magic and a rare ability that earned him a terrifying description, a demon dragon. A demon that has the ability to shapeshift into a dragon to unleash more of his stored power.
General Trivia
Lamiidan, The Eminence of Varatra, is in control of torturing all the sinners that end up in Kizkan.
Bored of getting ordered around by the Lord of Kizkan, Lamiidan answered a summoning call from a young girl named Sarina.
When summoned Lamiidan needs to follow Sarina’s orders, luckily for him those orders were “Let’s have fun and entertain people!”
Even when put in scanty outfits, it looks as if Lamiidan actually enjoy the things he is tasked to do by Sarina.
It is unknown whether Lamiidan has ulterior motives for summoning call from Sarina.

Demoltning: A special shaped stone, specifically used by Lamiidan allowing him to transform into a different form.
Thunderstone: A stone fueled by thunder magic.
Rugged Boots: Simple but rugged boots, giving the wearer sturdy boots to traverse the land.
Skills
Draconic Lightning: Lamiidan transforms into a demonic dragon, firing a large bolt of electricity dealing slashing damage to anyone hit.
Bolting Whip: Summoning a whip from the stone, Lamiidan slashing the electrical whip at a single enemy dealing slashing damage.
Thunder Fangs: A high speed dash, followed by Lamiidan chomping his fangs into an enemy piercing through any defense they have.
Lightning Spark: The users summons a lightning bolt paralyzing an enemy for a short while.
