It was his first time there, the place looked very plain and boring. The walls a dull blue color and the plain black carpet. This was Apollo's apartment he'd live here for awhile as it was basically his dorm. He made his way to the receptionist desk, he looked at the lady there. "hello, I'm here for room 208." She sighed and handed him a silver key. "thanks." she nodded still looking depressed. He made his way up the stairs to floor two, he looked at the rooms they were as boring as the building itself. He scanned the room numbers until he found it, and grabbed the key from his pocket. "alright here it is." he sighed, Apollo wanted a better apartment to live in but this was all he could afford. He unlocked the solid white door and stepped in. It was plain, a couch in the middle with a TV and a small kitchen area to the side. He sat his belongings down on the green sofa and began to unpack. "jeez I don't even know what I'm going to major in." he let out a quite sigh, and looked at his phone. Apollo then sat his phone down on the TV stand. "might as well take a nap." he stood up and went to a back bedroom. He flopped on the bed and closed his eyes, but before he could rest there was a knock on the door. He lifted one eyelid. "really?" soon he got up and answered it. "hello?" he said groggily, "heya." there stood a brown wolf same height as Apollo. "I'm your roommate 208 right?" he nodded. "I practically just got here not long ago." he rubbed his face with his paw. "ah, I see." Apollo looked at his pink hair. "nice, is it dyed?" he nodded. "I'm Axel by the way." "Apollo." he rubbed his eye. "anyways come in." he motioned inside, Axel stepped in. "wow, not much is it?" Apollo shook his head, "I mean what do you expect for cheap?" Axel shook his head, "yeah I suppose your right." "so which room is yours?" Apollo pointed to the door off to the side. "The only one." Axel titled his head, "seriously there's only one bedroom?!" Apollo nodded. "that's right." Axel sighed and put his stuff in the room. "I can sleep on the couch if you'd like, I'm pretty sure it has a pullout bed." he looked up. "I mean if your willing to." Axel came out and sat on the couch next to Apollo. "what's your major going to be?" he asked. Apollo looked up at him he sighed. "I'm not really sure, my parents made me come." he nodded. "that's alright I'm sure you'll find one." around that Time it was pretty late so the two headed to bed, Axel in the bedroom and Apollo on the couch. Which in fact was not a pullout bed, so it was awhile before he fell asleep.

Suddenly a noise awoke him, a small bang sound. He jolted up off the couch and looked through the peep hole. No one was outside but he decided to go out anyways. Nothing. No one was there, nothing else was heard. He turned around to go back inside but went he did, he felt something strike his head. Apollo fell backwards.

He woke up with a silver gun in his paw, his eyes looked in shock. There before him was a person, a dead person. He had just been framed. He threw the gun across the room and quickly hurried to the door but it was locked. He looked around hurriedly for the key, but nothing. Then the door knob turned. The door slammed open, and three police officers came in. All of them pointed their guns at Apollo. He grew anxious and stressed, he felt like he wanted to cry but didn't. They handcuffed him when he didn't do anything. He sat in a detention center for a while. Thoughts were flooding his mind, how would he pay for all this mess? He was just a poor college kid. He shook his head, nothing would help now. Axel came to visit from time to time, but it seemed as if Apollo grew colder each visit. He pushed everyone away. After his trial he was found guilty. But thankfully it wasn't a death sentence. After a while he got out and then realised what he wanted to major in. Criminal justice, more specifically a detective. To search the scene of a crime, before coming to a improper verdict. He went back to school again, and did become a detective, with time he was the head detective and one of the best. He still feels horrible about his past, and refuses to bring it up. He takes his work very seriously and does the best job anyone could do.Â
