The almighty empress of the Hadrian empire in the Andromeda system. she is known widely for her beauty and pure white fur, but feared galaxy-wide for her ruthless demeanor. she is quite intelligent, knowing when to retreat or to push on an assault on her neighboring kingdoms. don't get to close to her, that charm is practically a sword and she definitely knows how to use it. she also has a magical manifestation in the form of the golden halo over her back, it concentrates her normal starshine magic into a deadly cannon.

her empire is known to be very wealthy with stolen riches of worlds they have conquered. as well as being very strict, weakness is never tolerated and purity is highly prized. any starshine born with white fur in her empire is taken away to be trained as one of her royal guards.
