Astrodevil

Personality: Egotistical and lacking any sense of empathy, Astro is an android-like being created by the head engineer of [insert name of Apple equivalent here]. She is considered a prototype of the current Vox Ven consumer models, despite looking significantly different than them. She is loyal to her creator to a fault, being the only person she trusts completely. 

In a sense, she could be considered somewhat child-like, acting purely for selfish reasons, her creator being the only one capable of wrangling her. 

Structure and Abilities:

The metal her exoskeleton is made of imported alien metals. It's incredibly lightweight and resists many different kinds of elemental effects (heat, frost, rust, etc.) The metal itself tends to have a pink or blue hue to it depending on the light. Because of the metal used, she is very lightweight for her size, but she is also somewhat fragile, being especially susceptible to bludgeoning damage. Sharp objects, however, do very little to her. 

Her snake hood is more than just for show, it helps direct a specialized light that temporarily paralyzes targets. The metal inside the hood is especially reflective. Paralysis effects last for an average of a minute. 

Her AI and memory is housed in a synthetically grown crystal. Gold is laid between the crystal layers because of its accuracy, conductivity, and lack of tarnish.  

Much of Astro's interior is a marrying of human and alien tech because of the good relations between the company and its investors. 

Etc. and Fun facts! 

• She is the latest in a series of experiments on learning AI's. The goal of the experiments is to see what the AI's capacity for emotional and knowledge based growth are in relation to each other. 
• Because of the way her AI was built, she currently lacks empathy (intentionally or not is not currently known). She perfectly understands what it is to empathize and sympathize, she just doesn't. 
• She can detach her jaw. It's only purpose is for biting and even then it's close to being unnecessary. Because of this, she also doesn't have a tongue. Her voice is generated rather than spoken. She does move her mouth when she "speaks", but its more or less to put people at ease. 
• Super Multilingual. 
• Power source is thought to be electricity.
• She doesn't technically exist to the public. This form must be kept a secret, so she has a second form and second name. 
• Though she doesn't technically exist to the public, she has been seen, but never well photographed. She is considered something of a cryptid in the Antichthon.
• Teeth are retractable. She also has a pair of hypodermic fangs, though all of her teeth can secrete poison.
