Ariko Kouji

Ariko Kouji is a student attending US high. She's in her first year and known for being quite the "tsundere." she has a loud and rambunctious personality that is easy to make angry. To an outsider she could be considered a cute tsundere or just a brat, but if you actually get to know her you'd find out that even though she is very blunt and sassy, she cares deeply for her friends and will defend them with all her heart. she does have an issue of letting her anger get the best of her sometimes, but if tae the time to know her better she wil almost never get angry at you. Shes surprisingly understanding.

Arikos quirk is shapeshifting. similar to her brother Akio's quirk, but the major difference in her quirk is that she doesn't transform her body into shapes, forms or objects, she can only transform herself into animals. Her quirk can also allow herself to give her human body animal like characteristics so she doesn't have to shapeshift into a full animal. for example she could give herself razor sharp claws, fish lungs to breath underwater, and a frogs jumping abilities. She usually uses her quirk to just transform her body into half of an animal, as a downside to her quirk is that if she fully morphs into an animal her body will get very tired when she turns back, making combat hard for her if she went into a full animal form.

Another setback of her quirk is that she can only transform into animals shes seen with her own eyes, but this isnt a large setback, as took inspiration from Momo of class 1A, and has a book full of animals, what their main characteristics are, and how they would be used in battle. She updates it regularly. She also regularly visits zoos to expand her animal repertoire.

She has a brother in the 2nd year, Akio. Her and her brother are known as the "shapeshifter siblings" as quirks of shapeshifting nature have been in their family for generations. Arikos relationship with her brother isnt the most ideal thing ever, but even though they tend to have a hefty amount of petty disputes, they still love each other, and aren’t embarrassed to be themselves around eachother, but when they arent arguing, they tend to be very calm when in each others presence. But an argument could always arise, don’t forget that.
