Midnight

Midnight was born to a human woman and a succubus father. His birth caused a steady decline in his mother's health until she eventually died. At that point, Midnight's father eventually found him and came back into his life to take care of him; until his untimely demise when Midnight was merely 12.

After the death of his remaining parent, Midnight travelled around, learning the ways of survival and eventually accepting and making use of his natural powers and needs. As a succubus, he needed skin to skin contact with another living thing to feed. Eating food like a mortal holds him off for a while, but the longer he starves, the higher his killing intent when he does eventually feed.

Midnight developed a deep hatred for demons because this and eventually tried to starve himself to death because he couldn't accept this life. He was around 15 when he was found by Pepper.

Pepper took Midnight in to his clan, and knowing what species Midnight was, allowed Midnight to hold hands or cuddle with him to feed. Midnight was shocked that Pepper didn't want to abuse this vulnerability, and began to trust the man.

Eventually, when Midnight was old enough, he decided to leave Pepper's clan and set out on his own journey. The rest is history.
