Pinnipaws is sadly basically a closed species (so the lineset is most likely not f2u), with Pinnis only being obtained via raffles on the Pinnipaws forum on ChickenSmoothie, the Pinnipaws discord, trading, or getting a custom one made by one of the official artists :') they're fairly easy to obtain, if you'd like to look into it!
This one is most likely from the recent griffin custom opening, which was $10 per (but is unfortunately closed now)
