No one knows his first name, but it doesn't matter. Mister Monume is the leader of the Fari Bangos, a gang of outlaws all presumed to be of the same family. He is absolutely ruthless, and has made many sheriffs step down.
No one knows what happened to his arms, but the Fari Bangos, despite their savagery, are experts in technology - and created him forearms that are magnetically connected. They can reach out up to 50 inches - double the length of the average arm - and travel at the speed of a bullet, negating the need for a gun. The hands are incredibly strong.
Mister Monume might be a brute, but even he advocates against smoking.
