Saprustle is a bright orange, striped warrior from Mossclan.
he is an ignorant and foolish cat, refusing to learn from his mistakes or accept criticism, and doesn't understand nuance and gray area situations. he is generally disliked in Mossclan because of his ignorance and tendency to be prone to outbursts and temper tantrums. he has been this way since was an apprentice, and some in the clan wonder how he even became a warrior.
Saprustle was a moon younger than some of the other apprentices, so he started his apprenticeship later than them. he was determined to be better than them because he started later, and and kept trying to prove himself but failed constantly due to his eagerness to be better than them.
Saprustle always blames everything around him for his failures and mistakes. he refuses to accept that he could be capable of messing up because of the expectations he set for himself. even his mentor Dewbush couldn't teach him to learn from anything.
Saprustle is an orange and white Domestic Shorthair Mix with jade eyes, which have two small eyelashes underneath. darker orange stripes line his body, head, and tips of his ears. that same darker orange fur wraps around his lower forelegs. his fluffy chest has a dot of white fur in the middle, and his hind legs and cheeks have white fur.
the white fur on Saprustle's cheeks form a swirly pattern.

- Sap refers to his orange color. the word "sap" is also slang for a foolish person.
- rustle refers to his tendency to irritate his clanmates, and being prone to outbursts.
- Saprustle never learned optional but helpful skills such as swimming and tree climbing because he was too afraid of drowning or falling to his death.
- Saprustle is physically capable, but his refusal to learn from his mistakes makes him a weak warrior.
