Flare

• His hair/tail can appear normal, or be made of flames. Its length, style, ect can change. It can be hair- or a full mane. 
• He constantly radiates heat that is painful for mortals -or even lesser gods to be around

Flare is a loner...not by choice. Realistically, he'd love to have friends and loved ones to spend time with, but living on the sun doesn't really give him that luxury. His loyalty to his duty protecting the world is the most important thing to him and he takes his job very seriously even at the expense of his own happiness.

He's a bit of a goofball, and on the chances that he does get to interact with others (typically other gods) he's very good humored and friendly, with a warm personality, though he is known to have a temper and may snap at people who don't respect the job that he (And other gods) do to keep people safe. Disrespect may set him off into a "You have no idea what we sacrifice" rant.

Flare is a minor god of the sun who serves under the god of kings. It is tasked with ensuring that the sun completes its normal cycle, and to protect the worlds from solar flares that begin to occur after the god of fire takes over as the head of the god pantheon and magical changes start to erupt across the universes.

Flare takes his duty very seriously, knowing that solar flares are incredibly dangerous to everything in their path. He absorbs them into his mane and redirects that power elsewhere- a particularly sunny day, or back to the fire god himself.

He doesn't have much social life outside of his work to speak of, and tends to keep to himself in his domain- dwelling on the sun itself.
