Quirk: Berserk

    > Goes into a mindless and uncontrollable rage, despite its lack of control it's incredibly powerful. 

       The quirk stops when she eats any salty foods.

Likes: Candy, Sweets, Fashion, Video games bc they are mindless entertainment, Cafes.

Bio: Franz runs an independent designer clothing store that she invites civilians, villains, and heroes alike to shop in. Her blue skin can be considered unique scarring that she's gained from accidents prior to becoming a villain, those accidents brought brought her discovery of her quirk. These scars caused her to stand out too much among the crowd, but with her creative impulses she worked her unique coloration into her unique sense of fashion. It helped avert some eyes to pass it off as her style of clothing, for others it brought her attention that she used to promote her shop, so much so that even heroes have bought from her.
   
Relation to heroes: She doesn't hate heroes, but she's not the most fond of them either due to personal reasons. Franz most of the time likes meeting younger heroes who are still learning about the world and their quirks.

Personality: While her appearance is off putting to many, she's mature, sensible, and incredibly professional when it comes to running her business in design. She may be a villain but she still has a business to run for the public, so she's careful in her own actions outside of her store. Franz does her best to avoid leaving when there's a lot of heroes roaming around, especially since her unique appearance is very noticeable.
