younger of the two pendragon twins.

serge's kind of a wallflower compared to teddy, so he changes his look a lot to make up for it. he's also a bit cold towards others, lacking in empathy even if he doesn't mean to. might take offense if you refer to him as the boring one, but does nothing to remedy it... he was a shy kid and didn't go outside much, so he spent more time with elijah and is thus more well-versed in the world of pokemon breeding/caretaking.

upon arriving in kalos, he begins an internship under prof. sycamore - he aids in mega evolution research and clinical care of their subjects.

falls in love easily. he has a bit of a teenage girl crush on sycamore.
