an alolan raichu that prefers waffles more than pancakes (lol) beleived because of that, after she evolved, her psychic powers arent as strong. whenever he uses it for too long, he gets a headache. she loves to explore and go on rescue expeditions.
brulee is a hard working guild member. she looks forward to doing a day of rescues or exploration. shes very forgetful though, so once something excites her its all tunnel vision on that
