» Do not edit my artwork without my explicit permission. If you want something changed, please let me know right away. 

» You may reupload the design file to your personal sites IF proper credit is given. If you post the art publicly, please make sure to watermark the image. Do not post the original file. I also recommend resizing the original file, since my full-res works are usually pretty big. 

» You, the buyer, will receive the unwatermarked, hq adopt file (if stated + flat colors file) 

» Minor edits are ok BUT must be checked with me first 

» You may choose the gender/body type (should you want a female chest, I'll change it for you) 

» Resell / trade allowed BUT PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF THE TRANSFER 

(resell only for the original price, commissions may be added up to it) 

» If you reupload to Toyhou.se, please credit http://toyhou.se/sunsheine. Otherwise credit http://deviantart.com/sunsheine. 

» I reserve full rights to publish the design on my sites or in future merchandise (not as the character you are creating with it, but solely as the design itself). 

» Designs may be used for commercial purposes BUT you must credit me AND may never use the original artwork 

» Breaking any of these rules will resort in being blacklisted 

» I reserve the right to revoke your ownership of the design, refund you and put it up for purchase again should you be caught breaking any of these rules
