The Annie I adopted/won from Yamio! Here's what I have written about her thus far (It's how I won her too! ^_^) :
Lycoris (Lyco for short; Lycoris is part of the scientific name for red spider lilies)
Backstory: Lycoris lives in a fairly large, lovely cabin in some woods sandwiched between a mostly human city and the North Carolina coast. Her family's garden thereincludes red spider lilies (introduced to the area and other southern states in the 1800s) which she loves to help tend. Her great care for the flowers did not go unnoticed by their spirits and she received her first blessing from them not long after she turned eight years old. When her family would go to the beach on the nearby coast she also loved to go swimming and would try to see the aquatic life below the water but didn't have much luck. Knowing how much she wanted to see the pretty fish and other life under the sea her parents got some scuba gear and hired an instructor to help them go diving for her 15th birthday. She was overjoyed at the opportunity. Of course they still couldn't dive too far down into the murky depths, but as they decended Lyco saw something odd in the distance. It was a flickering light shaking about near some rocks that jutted out from a deeper part of the land's edge. Without thinking she curiously strayed towards it to find a rather shocking site. It was an angler fish, somehow swept far from the ocean floor where it should have swam and stuck painfully in the rocks. She was frightened by it's intimidating appearance for a second, but she quickly realized it was in desperate need of help and pried away the rocks that had trapped it. The poor fish was free and started back downwards where it belonged, but it was so badly injured it was still sure to die before long. It certainly must have died as it's spirit granted Lycoris her second blessing by the next day. In her late teens Lyco spent a lot of time in the mostly human city tending to the stray animals there. She often resented regular humans for treating some of these animals so badly. One day she caught some human children torturing some poor creature in a dark alley. She snuck closer to them in the dark and then used her bio-luminescent adornments to suddenly light her face in such a way that her smile appeared sinister and thereby scared them away. Their victim was a cat with two tales that eminated a sort of otherworldly vibe. It seemed they were picking on it for being different. It was still alive, just barely, so Lycoris took the poor fellow home in hopes of nursing him back to health. She had grown attached and was very sad to find he'd passed away a few mornings later. She knew before checking his vitals as he had already blessed her. Her mourning for her little friend consisted mainly of meditating to better connect herself with his spirit which allowed her to display his defining trait, his two tails. Presently Lycoris still lives in her family's cabin and tends the garden, visits the beach, and roams the nearby city to help stray animals.
Personality: She may have become a bit overconfident after becoming a three-times-blessed Annie and gaining quite a bit of respect from other Annies, but she's a very good person at heart. She can be a bit playfully sadistic, enjoying pranking and scaring both friends and humans she finds being mean to animals in the city. Well, it's a little less playful towards those humans. She tries her best not to completely hate all regular humans but has a hard time trying not to view them with disdain for what she's seen some of them do to stray animals. She may be mean to them until they prove to her that they're good people.
