Sybil isn't necessarily a fleshed out character, more like my little love child that I can draw and dress up, and ofc my anthro baby. Think of her like a little monster high doll in a way.

I can't exactly afford to style clothes irl (don't really have any good thrifts within a reasonable distance) and I really have nowhere to wear it, yknow? So BOOM, just make a character! :3

So, I know I said she isn't fleshed out, but she does have a personality! Sybil is timid, and overall just a well meaning cat. She loves standing out, and hates it all the same.
