Dranac

This Psyduck of rare intelligence (at least, for a Psyduck...everything is relative) possesses a vicious mind, and is constantly seen using his Psychic powers to manipulate those around him. No need for any subtlety nor sweet talks, he will straight up hypnotize other Pokémons to attain his goals. The goal ? Their food, obviously.

He actually isn't trully capable of manipulating one's behaviour nor toying them at his will, instead, he can induce a sudden (but thankfully brief) bout of amnesia to his chosen victim. For a few minutes, the clueless Pokémon will completely forget what they were doing and will helplessly look around and wonder where they are, having completely forgotten about the food they were about to eat. The victim will then likely wander off, bewildered and disoriented, allowing Dranac to quickly sneak in, seize the food, and make a run for it. By the time (usually a few minutes) the hungry victim comes back to their sense, they will only realise their food is gone.

Another string to Dranac's bow is his ability to produce poison through his fangs. Withing seconds of the bite, a powerful venom will double you over in agony, allowing Dranac to safely waddle away. However, the pain is as quick as it is powerful, lasting a couple of minutes at most, without any long-lasting effect. While this poison is a sure and effective way to avoid troubles (or hungry predators), Dranac would be quite incapable of harming anyone. Not that he doesn't wish to, though.
