Allix is a sentient ball jointed doll. Nobody really knows how he was brought to life, not even himself, though some speculate magic was used in some way.
He has a hard time socializing and being polite - after all, he's not human and never grew up as one. This causes many uncomfortable or awkward situations, to which he's mostly oblivious to. It doesn't help that he doesn't have a mentor or anyone else who's willing to teach him what's wrong and right.

He's had many jobs to get by through the years. Mostly to get rid of the evil that plagues his life: Boredom.
