Terms of service 2022

Adopts/Customs/Designs:

GBP (British currency),  USD, and  DeviantArt Points

Payment must be sent within 48 hours in full, or we can disclose a payment plan.

Art Payments will have an agreed deadline, If it's going to be longer than a week, please show me progress. If there is no progress before the week deadline or any finished work, I will cancel to trade and put the character back up for offers. Please do not ignore my messages.

Art payment deadline expansions are allowed, but please let me know as soon as possible. (Not when its about to be the deadline)

If the character is designed on a Base, please credit them for the line art and me for the colouring & design

Character transfers must be transfused within 48 hours of acceptance

No Refunds

First come, first served in flat sales

You are only allowed to sell this adopt/custom for the price bought or less. (unless there is extra art which you have commissioned)

Do not delete the Toyhouse file of the character

When Purchasing/getting a adopt from me, I will be creating a toy house file for them and I will transfer them to you once the payment is completed. Do not change the person who created it.

You can do some modifications on the design, but nothing too different

I have the right to refuse offers

Do not copy/trace the design

Do not re-upload the design/artwork anywhere

If an adopt is said to be a one-off, please do not make it into a species without my permission.
