demons can be sorted into different categories based on their appearance and nature:
Flesh/Bone type demons are often decorated with excess teeth and gum, as well as bare organs and flaps of skin. Some have very exposed skeletal structures and protrusions of bare bone.
Scale type demons are lizard-like and/or are covered in scales.
Cinder type demons are visually akin to gargoyles with tough skin and more greyish hues.
Amalgam type demons look like a mix of various animals, with extra eyes and mouths in various places.
Hell type demons are red in color and look like more traditional demons.
Power Hierarchy:
1) Markos - The mysterious leader and mastermind behind the coven.
2) The Deathless - A demon who has never once died since their conception. Extremely rare and well respected.
3) Leaders- Individuals who have been entrusted in undertaking certain responsibilities to lead the coven. Includes war generals, wardens, seers, high council members, etc.
4) Soldiers - Demons with average abilities who have pledged their allegiance to the coven. They serve whenever they're needed, be it for recon, hunting, etc.
5) Imps - Hellspawn who are on the brink of eternal death. They have been reduced to small, feeble forms over repeated incarnations.
