By purchasing a design/character/adopt off of me, you agree to abide by these terms whether you are aware of them or not.

Credit: You do not need to list me in every single post you create about your adopt (unless if you want to) BUT for any profiles/folders/wikis created for the character, I require a simple link back to any of my pages and a little disclaimer saying anything along the lines of "Designed by Carl"

Reselling & Gifting/Trading: Out of courtesy, I ask that you wait a minimum of two weeks to place the character back up for sale. You DO NOT have to return the design if you find you do not want it anymore (because that's dumb.) You MAY NOT buy my designs and resell them for a larger price unless they are being resold with more content (Art, Stories, Animations, etc.) then when purchased. You are free to gift or trade your design once purchased.

Re-Designing: After you have purchased a design from me, you are free to make as many edits or changes as you please without my permission or discretion.

Miscellaneous Terms: Any adopts that come with additional terms and agreements before buying must be honored, even if they are not listed here or override any terms listed here.
