Her mother was her fathers mistress until she got pregnant with Viola. He divorced his wife and married her when Viola was just born. Her parents had a very toxic relationship, they fought and yelled at each other constantly. When Viola was 12 her mother finally had enough and divorced him. They moved to Canada to be with Violas grandparents who retired in Vancouver.Viola met her best friend Ivory in grade 7 and they have been friends ever since. They live in the same apartment complex and basically live together. Viola was always very intelligent but did struggle a lot when it came to school. It was super hard for her to keep focused during class hours. Luckily she did manage to graduate with mostly straight A's and got accepted into university with a scholarship. Viola is now studying for her Bachelor in Chemistry. She goes to the same university as Ivory and they take a lot of classes together. Keeping up with her class work is extremely difficult for her but she gets a lot of help from Ivory.
