This mare has been bred to be perfect at some park where they also run experiments on unknowing people (that think their life there is normal)
Unfortunately for the owners of this park, some of their lab rats escaped, and took Amicitia with them, as a faster way to escape.
And now the escaped people and Amicitia are great friends that ended up in the big cities :yes: (it's a great backstory, I dare you to say otherwise)
