"If there are trees, you aren't alone"
Leif is an easy going deer who prefers to be on his own or with a few close friends. Ve doesn't like a lot of noise and tend to isolate himself a lot. Ve aren't a fan of spontaneous things, ve prefers a sort of order to their activities.
Leif is an introvert who struggles to speak his mind on any issue, but he is trying his best. When you first meet vem he seems to just shut everyone out. Once you get to know him, ve will be one of the most loyal and caring friends you will ever have.

Autumn
Thier coat starts to fade and they start slowing down and getting tired, their leaves begin changing and falling off. They start storing food to prepare for Winter.
Winter
They go in to dormancy and they slow down, they are awake but sleep a lot and they don't move much to conserve energy and water. They grow a thicker coat to keep them warm and loose all remaining leaves. Icicles form on them as a back up water supply, this also provides a visual of how much water they have left so they can prepare or look for more if they start running dry.
Spring
They slowly start thawing out and getting their energy back as they get more sun, normally once the icicles are gone they are mostly back to their usual energy.
Summer
They go about their usual activities and use photosynthesis as usual. The brighter the day the more energy they have.
