They are autistic, selectively mute, and synaesthetic. Because they sometimes can't speak, they know ASL, and their other languages are English and Tagalog. Their special interests are music (they're a real audiophile) and plants. Gardening comes naturally to them, and they have a lot of plants at home. They're the type of person who can identify every flower at a botanical garden, and they love visiting their local park to relax and be inspired. Their other hobbies are drawing, which they're okay at, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. They're also okay at cooking, which they do with home-grown vegetables. They are a vegetarian and their favourite food (drink) are those awful green kale smoothies.

Demi is the youngest of five siblings and has complex feelings about it. They hate being infantilised with a burning passion. They used to be super quiet, sometimes unassertive, and on the flip side abrasive when trying to appear tough, but being in the band has helped them speak their mind more and mellow out. They still have trouble not being serious and commposed but being surrounded by friends who genuinely care is doing wonders for their mental health. 

A random fact about them is that they sleep in weird places and weird positions.
