Ayaka Okayama

A happy go lucky, fun loving gal. She loves to keep in shape, hang out with her friends, and dance to her favorite jams! She dyes her hair a deep purple, leaving some left undyed on the bottom right. She wears contacts, one of which is a pink contact she mixes with a regular one to stand out some, she doesn't have heterochromia.

Haruka and Ayaka go back a long way. Being neighbors, they were best of friends since they were kids. Ayaka is a huge fan of her friend's music, and you'll see her at every show she does. They also hit the gym regularly, and just hang out with their mutual friends. Ayaka also works at the music shop with Haruka. They work together quite well. Ayaka is also not just a fan of the project, as she has contributed to it. She plays drums, as she found them a fun work out idea, and well while they weren't the best, she kept with them for fun, so she will supply her drum playing skills. Though Haruka still writes everything for the project, and doesn't want to make it officially a band. This suits Ayaka fine, she's just glad to have something else to do with her best friend!

While Haruka has shown Ayaka how to defend herself, Ayaka is not very good at it, but she doesn't mind. She has a blast practicing with Haruka, and they usually make a fun day out of their training out in nature. Living in Irhynam, a futuristic city, she doesn't get to be out in nature much, so these trips are something Ayaka can't help but look forward to!

Ayaka also is friends with the ghosts, Valentina and Vivienne. While she was weary of the two, they won her over after Ayaka saw how happy they make Haruka. She and Valentina also now frequently hit up a Karaoke bar and sing 80s jams together. Vivienne and Haruka often cheer them on, as well. Thus far,  only Ayaka has been able to keep up with Vivienne's DDR skills. But eventually Vivienne will always have the upper hand, Ayaka can last and DDR it up for quite some time, but not forever like her ghost friend.

Ayaka is not only a fan of STAR★DUST or other Irhynam bands and acts, she's a huge fan of a goat gal, Dahlia, and her project, Starlight Blast. It's rare to not see Ayaka in the crowd at her Irhynam shows, usually bringing Valentina along with her, though sometimes all her pals tag along!
