An inconspicuous dockyard worker who hails from beyond the confines of Newfaire. Although they paint themselves as distant and impersonal, Malachi never hesitates to lend a hand to someone in need. Her peers, however, know little to nothing about her past or Malachi herself despite her living in the city for some time now. One thing that can be made certain about Malachi is that they’re no stranger to magick and the occult, though why exactly remains one of their many mysteries. While one can typically spot Malachi handling the latest cargo down at the Glass Sea Docks, they also covertly serve as an informant for Candela Obscura. She’s spent the better part of nearly a decade at the society’s service, proving herself to be a rather useful and reliable asset. They prefer to work from the shadows, lurking amongst the nightlife to listen in on any local gossip and rumors they can report back with. As of lately though, it seems they’ve switched to a more hands-on operation.

A jaded and private individual. She prefers to speak in a very blunt manner, valuing comprehensiveness above all else. However as much as they paint themselves as distant and impersonal, Malachi never hesitates to lend a hand to someone in need and is oddly rather understanding. They're a driven and alert worker, but can easily become single-minded when something overtakes their focus, making them highly stubborn at their worst. Regardless of their situation, she remains alert and vigilant, almost as if she's keeping an eye out for someone or something.

As the Glass Sea continues to rise and the Veil becomes thinner than ever before, Mal finds herself appointed to the Circle of Ichor & Iron. Although they're no stranger to boarding the Veilpiercer, they remain wary as always.

Un professeur du Hampden-Sydney College, en Virginie, s'est intéressé à un des mots latins les plus obscurs, consectetur, extrait d'un passage du Lorem Ipsum, et en étudiant tous les usages de ce mot dans la littérature classique, découvrit la source incontestable du Lorem Ipsum. Il provient en fait des sections 1.10.32 et 1.10.33 du "De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (Des Suprêmes Biens et des Suprêmes Maux) de Cicéron. Cet ouvrage, très populaire pendant la Renaissance, est un traité sur la théorie de l'éthique. Les premières lignes du Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...", proviennent de la section 1.10.32.
