Kagura

A Yinehi who goes by the name of Kagura. He has a very placid temperament. Due to this, he often comes off as spacey and unmotivated to others of his kind. Interestingly, he attracts birds to him like moths to a flame, so it is not uncommon to see several of the feathery fellows perched on him.
