A planet-headed businessman who puts all of his focus into his work. He speaks in a classy dialect, often using fancy words that half of his coworkers don't understand; much to his annoyance. He may be the only person in their faction who actually enjoys the work they do, but everyone there can agree on one thing: disliking their boss. Maxwell finds him to be far too unpredictable, often completely caught off guard whenever a sudden new assignment pops up. He loves his work, but he still appreciates what little downtime he's supposed to have.

He's "friends" with Olivia and Austin, his fellow co-workers. In Maxwell's case, being "friends" with someone means nothing more than tolerating their existence slightly more than other people. He finds Austin's carefree and flirty attitude annoying, as it distracts him from his duties and prevents him from getting things done. That isn't to say the flirting works, of course- Maxwell would say that's preposterous. He's far more lenient with Olivia, if not the slightest bit intimidated by her; she's not one to be trifled with, despite her sweet demeanor.
