Growing up in a farm on the countryside has its pros and cons, but Citi -- so far -- has only seen the pros. He lives a sheltered life, aware that he's different from "normal humans", but not aware that the fact is seen by them as bad. As far as he's concerned, his wings are the best thing in the world: he can FLY. He lives with his parents and older brother and sister, and a few outcasts they took in, including Heidi, his tutor. Citi's an optimistic, excitable, speedy boy; his idol is Rainbow Dash, and he wants to be just like her.
