Personality: Koi has a confident yet responsible personality or at least what he thinks is responsible.  He's a gentleman mostly towards females and tends to compete a lot with males, especially Caspian.  Koi is always willing to put his life on the line for individuals and things he care about.  He can be too serious about his goals at times and beat himself up if he messes up at something.
Added details: Koi loves to meditate and wants to be the guardian dragon of the seas (Caspian's supposed position)  He has an obsession with taiyaki (a fish shaped pastry) and loves seafood.

Backstory: Koi was born in the astral realm where both his parents reside by one of the lakes.  He was separated by his parents as an egg when Pannox and his goons came to steal the dragons in order to raise into more powerful maskerins and surgals.  During the chaos Persephone came across his egg which was dropped by one of the bandits and she took it in to the prime world and kept care of it till he hatched.  She raised him alongside Caspian who dealt with the same situation.  Koi continues on not knowing where he came from but wanted to search for a home to call his own along with others.  He found this in Itaso, especially when he learns from Persephone about Caspian and his betrayal.  He strives to prove himself as a protector of Itaso, something Caspian failed to be. From time to time he travels around enjoy meeting others and learning other cultures and practices.

Powers/Abilities: Koi has hydro manipulation.  Being able to make weapons from water.  Even a blade made from water can be sharp enough to cut.

Family: Persephone (Guardian/ mother figure)
Relationship with: Persephone- Koi sees Persephone as a mother figure.  Whenever he gets in a tough rut or doesn't know how to go about fixing something he usually turns to Persephone for advice.  He also teaches Persephone to regain her trust in others.

Claire- Koi sees Claire as a little sister.  Finds her as the positive energy he needs when he's frustrated and unsure about someone or something.  He can be protective of her as well which can annoy her a bit as she wants him to lighten up.
