Special Containment Procedures:SCP-3289 is to be kept in a well lit 10x10 (foot) room. One (1) large dog bed and various toys are permitted within SCP-3289's cell along with one (1) heating blanket if needed. Authorized personnel may request to wander with SCP-3289 only if the entity has shown no signs of agression for the past week (7 days). Personnel lower than level three (3) must be accompanied with two (2) Mobile Tast Force during transport around the facility.
Temporary Containment Procedure Update:(See addendum 1.3)Any further requests for SCP-3289 to meander around the facility with any amount of personnel has been revoked. Notiable signs shown in behavior from SCP-3289 have occured during this time.
Description: SCP-3289 is a animalistic creature with flocculent long fur and a 8.5x11 (inch) sheet of paper for a head. It is unknown how or why this paper like material can withstand as a funtional brain and face for SCP-3289. Though the sheet of paper is roughly estimated to be the same thickness as a normal sheet of paper folded twice, it can hold the entitys ears without bending. SCP-3289's tail is made up of at most six (6) sheets of paper before it begins to shead off any excess papers. The peices of paper left behind from SCP-3289's tail is confirmed to be the same length and thickness as the entitys face. The entity will scatter these pages around itself either creating messages, symbols, or storys out of multiple sheaded pages. Any pages touched by personnel will immediately be torn or ripped up by SCP-3289 if the entity comes into contact with the touched pages (See addendum 1.2).
Foregin and criptic writing is known to be a communiative way for SCP-3289. These forms of communication show up on the entitys 'face' and tail. Scientists have reported seeing different faces appear depending on the entitys mood since it is aware we are unable to understand its known language. Translators have inspected papers left behind from SCP-3289 and have found no other language linked to it.
A small bright green bowtie can be found on the entitys neck within its fur. Tests trying to remove the bowtie have resulted in minor injures to subjects. It is unknown where the entity obtained this item due to the fact that prior to containment SCP-3289 was found without it although it is confirmed that the item was picked up and worn by the entity during a breach.

Addendum 1.2: Observation Log
After the discovery of SCP-3289's ability to shead papers from its tail, Dr. ██████ has decided to collect the papers for research purposes in order to have translater █-██████ to attempt and decode them.
Observational Log #.OL.# SUMMARY
Subject: SCP-3289
Preface: One (1) test subject (D-98765), told to pick up as many papers as they could find off the floor, was ordered to enter SCP-3289's containment cell.
Observation Notes: SCP-3289 seemed to express excitement as poorly drawn smilely faces filled the entites face while D-98765 entered the cell. The entity ran around D-98765 for a few minutes before calming down and watched D-98765 closely. D-98765 crouched down began to pick up the papers one by one at a slow pace. A few minutes went by before SCP-3289 launched itself at D-98765 ripping apart the papers and flesh on D-98765's hands holding the papers. After the papers were completely torn apart SCP-3289 unatached itself from D-98765 and walked over to its matress to lay down.
The entity was shown to have different criptic writing than its usual distict language that replaced the previous drawings after the incident (addendum 1.2). Subject (D-98765) was immediatly taken to the Health ward. The multiple cuts on the subject (D-98765) were shown to be three (3) cenimeters in length.
Addendum 1.3: Incident 2/27/17
Dr. ██████████, prior to incident 2/27/17, requested to take SCP-3289 out of its cell and bring the entity to his office for company. Signs of agression from SCP-3289 hadn't shown in months at this time along with no unusual change in the enitys behavior. All vitals were tested to be normal and the request was sucsessfuly accepted.

Dr. ██████████ (Pauses) Like I said, this little guy (lowers to pet SCP-3289) is one of the sweetest SCP's I've ever interacted with, let alone seen, and thats certainly saying something.
MTF Guard 1: (Chuckling) Alright you crazy bastard.

MTF Guard 2: Its-(pauses) Its carving something into the floor.

Dr. ██████████: What is that? Move aside.
Carved into the foundations floor was a poorly drawn image of Dr. ██████████, both MTF guards, and what appeared to be SCP-3887 made by SCP-3289. SCP-3289 began to franticly run around Dr. ██████████'s feet.
