Travis does not really recall what happened to him. His humanity is so poor, the majority of the time he feels like he's in the backseat of his own mind. A beast controls him and he can hardly see past it. There are brief flickers where he'll be in control. He won't know where he is and what's going on. Worst of all, the horror will start to sink in. The absolute dread comes washing back, forcing him under again, back into hiding. Everything is such a blur...he doesn't know which state he really prefers
