Design Notes:

• Chubby and fairly short
• Pudgy face with a big nose
• Wears hijab (hair covered, long sleeves and pants/skirt) when out and about or when the library is open to the public
  • Clothes are usually comfy and ocean-themed
  • Usually wears a hoodie, but may wear ocean-themed t-shirts over a long-sleeve shirt in hot weather
  • Long, loose skirts OR mid-length skirts with leggings
  • Loosely-wrapped headscarf with ocean-themed pins (or a bucket hat if they're feeling casual)
  • Crocs or water sandals always
  • Lots of ocean color schemes and patterns
  • Favorite color is sea green
• Wears pajamas when the library isn't open (not in hijab)

  • Dark brown hair in a loose bun

Character Notes:

• Very poor and also disabled
• Volunteers taking care of the paralogos at a university's marine biology library/museum in exchange for the ability to live in a spare room in the library (literally just... sleeps on a mattress pad in an unused conference room)
• Keeps adopting non-marine-bio paras and absorbing them into the library as well because they just... love every para!! they love them! they are their babies!!
• They're deaf and autistic and have a hard time communicating with other humans, so they mostly prefer the company of their paralogos because written/telepathic communication are more comfy
  • They can and do use sign language to talk to their human inner circle, though

• Basement is a "museum" (really just a loosely-organized specimen collection)
