Backstory
Dyoria, a dark elf, who's dad was chief of a tribe/cult that worshiped the devil in the medieval ages. In return for their worship and a young maiden sacrifice every 30 years to be his bride, the Devil granted the tribe protection and power. Well, Dyoria got chosen as the sacrifice by the Devil which made the tribe upset but they had no real choice. So right before the ceremony that'd send Dyoria to hell her mother gave her a sacred antique charm that's been in her family for generations. So when the hellfire portal opened for Dyoria and she began to enter the charm de-casted the portal. Dyoria was then saved(At the expense of her arms being charred for the rest of her life and cursed by the hellfire. The burns would have gone away on the other side but it still hurts like hell to enter the portal.) Knowing the disrupted ceremony would piss off the Devil, Dyoria's father told her to run, and run Dyoria did. Never again did she look back for she knew that her tribe would already have been killed off by the Devil.
