Based on a mix of Arthurian lore and nymphs/nature spirit from greek mythology, Nyneve is a water spirit tasked with guarding an enchanted lake hidden in deep woods. When Excalibur was unceremoniously thrown in 150 years ago, she never expected the adventures to come. Lonely and isolated, she's never been great at interacting with others, but she's optimistic enough to keep on trying. Who knows, maybe one day someone will decide to stick around.
