(Cadovis or Cado for short)
Scarftail - Male - Immortal
HISTORY
One of the oldest scarftails of the land -- Cadovis was born during the time of the Gods, when disputes had begun to break out. A power hungry god had attacked the Evren God -- who was inherently peace-loving and preferred not to get involved in the disputes of others, assuming they would be an easy defeat. This underestimation of their power resulted in the god and its legion to be eradicated in the battle--the Evrens the victors. From the devastation of the battle arose Cadovis.
The Evren god smiled at the scarftail, and proclaimed him the spoils of war. Cadovis was taken in by the Evrens, a unique creature hoarded into their collection of unique texts and items.
Since then, he has become integrated into the Evren's society -- one of the only outsiders so deeply invested into their culture. Mostly this is because he is seen as a treasure to the race; more of something belonging to them. Cadovis is aware of this, but is treated with high regard and appreciates the order and nobility of the Evren race. He has no qualms with being treated like a grand prize, and enjoys his work as keeper of the treasury and records, and filling in at odds and ends where needed.

PERSONALITY
Cado is a busybody, very dutiful, and serious about his responsibilities. He takes his work very seriously and never fails to deliver flawless results. Order is very important to him, and when things get out of hand he tends to get a little crazy. Because of this, the Evrens make for the perfect home -- which are very noble and regal, calm and preferring organization.
Cadovis typically stays further inside the Evren city, not often venturing to the more public side of it unless needed.

NOTES/EXTRA INFO
-Put simply, Cado has a major stick up his butt about anything that is not perfectly in order
-He really dislikes outsiders (especially kids); they're typically uncouth, loud, and chaotic -- the opposite of everything he strives for
-Cadovis is so dutiful, he's often tasked with keeping tabs of things and making sure others get their duties done on time
-Cadovis is pretty short (just imagine this smol angry thing scolding you for not doing your work properly, okay) -- maybe low 5'-something???

-The headdress is optional! You may draw him with or without it!
-His tail twists at the end where the clasps are, so that below the clasps the outside (dark side of the tail) faces in, and the light side (inside of the tail) faces out
-rune markings don't need to be exact!
