Niel Chandine

Somewhat spoiled by his older brother, Niel likes food, comfort and indoor activities. Ironically, he dislikes cold weather but lives in a town where it's winter all year round.
Niel has selective mutism, and he prefers to talk only with his closest family members and Pokémon. However, he is very sociable, affectionate, and doesn't like to be by himself.
