Design Terms of Use
The recipient of any design holds the right to make minor edits, re-gift, re-trade and re-sell designs.
A design can be resold but for no more than the price bought at, unless additional art is added. If a design was received for free it can not be traded for or sold unless it receives additional art that is traded/sold since it was free in the first place. Check the ownership history to see if a design was free before making offers and protect yourself from being scammed should any gift recipient try to resell something they paid nothing for.
Recipient may not under any circumstances claim design as their own creation or make heavy alterations that would render the design unrecognizable.(eg changing the entire design to something unrecognisable, changing a dog adopt to a cat adopt is ok as long as the basic theme of the design stays consistent)
