Personality - Bumper is ridiculously laid-back, always happy to just go along with the rest of his team. He comes off as sedated and mellow, and a borderline drunkard. He used to be passionate, a real leader and a go-getter, but failure after failure to stop the momentum of the war killed his spirit. He's clever, but he's happy to pawn off the responsibility to someone else.
