A 3rd eye dreamy who was acquired at a young age by a man who experimented on 3rd eyed dreamies. His dust was inducing rage, mostly in himself, and his master worked on cultivating it into a weapon. Victus' presence in rooms causes blind rage within a certain range. To combat this he tends to wrap his tail almost completely leaving just a tiny bit of the last tail poof exposed so people don't become comfortable around him. (I haven't decided yet, he may get a more mechanized tail covering that can open and close via a remote or button press)
His dust doesn't have an effect on Lymren just as Lymren's dust doesn't compel him.
Victus is huge for a dreamy. His master would joke around saying it was his diet, but it's questionable how Victus is as big as he is. He tops out at 6'4"-6'6" ish in range, with a very masculine built body.
He was forced to sire a child with Lymren when they were young and never got to see his child only being informed the infant was stillborn. Despite later attempts by their master to get them to produce another child Victus refused, openly defying his master as much as he could.
Victus often dreams of splitting said master's head open with a blunt weapon, though without doubt chooses a battle axe as his preferred weapon.
After an explosion freed him and Lymren the two collectively used their abilities to flee the facility avoiding or annihilating any staff in their way.
Both Lymren and Victus are wanted by the government, owing that it's very likely their master's sick experiments were being fueled by the reigning government, perhaps hoping to breed a living weapon that would be biologically inclined to please their masters.
