About
Tootie is the Owner of the Whoop-Di-Doodle bakery! A professional chef as well as a professional Jokester, Tootie works very hard to make sure that every sweet she produces brings smiles to all those who eat them!
Tootie is one of the main characters of Funny Business, a comic that follows the lives of three clowns and their elephant as they run the eccentric bakery "The Whoop-Di-Doodle". Grab a balloon, a banana cream pie, and join the silly antics of this family as they try to bring a smile to everyone they meet.
Character
Tootie is unbelievably goofy and giggly. She has an enormous heart and will do whatever she can to make you smile. For this reason, she can sometimes overwork herself!
She is a bit of a people pleaser as she seems to be unable to turn down the requests of others! She will tire herself out completely if it means that she was able to make a single person happy!
Being a Jokester, she derives the most joy from making others smile and laugh. She finds herself able to do that by providing the world with colorful sweets and treats!

Story
Past
Tootie Pebbles was born to a couple named Elmer Gloo and Glitter Gloo. She lived with them, her older brother JimJam, and her best pet friend Bertram on Pandemonium. She was a very bright and gifted young gal spending her childhood baking treats for her family as well as making crafts with her mother. Noticing her love for making people happy, she was immediately enrolled in school with a major that would allow her to further nurture this ability. However, Tootie found herself too overhwhelmed in the program and transferred to Clown College to major in a Funny Business Degree.
Present
With her degree, she went through a dramatic transformation, turning her own home into the Whoop-Di-Doodle, a pleasant, little bakery that specializes in wacky, colorful cakes for any occasion! On her team was Bertram, who operates as the transportation for the Whoop-Di-Doodle. Together, the two ran business with great skill and expertise.
Recently, she's allowed two new people on board: Pogo Puddy, the nervous nephew of her girlfriend and Frizzle Frazzle, her artistic, yet reckless neice. With the addition of the two, the bakery has been as livelier as ever!! With the four of them altogether, Tootie really believes that perhaps she can fulfill her dream of making other's wishes come true.

Relationships
Bertram
In the beginning, it was only Tootie and Bertram who ran the bakery. The two, however, have known each other for much longer! While going on a family trip, Tootie found Bertram all alone. It was there that she decided to adopt him! For this reason, he is more a best friend than a mere pet! He's her trusted confidant and the two are practically inseparable.
Frizzle Frazzle
Tootie and Frizzle are actually cousins! Therefore the two are well acquainted. Tootie was the first to realize that Frizzle's artistic talent would probably be best in situations where she's not defacing public property. She hired her as the lead cake designer in order to supply her a workspace, creative freedom, and many, many napkins
Pogo Puddy
Intially Tootie had only heard of stories of this jack. However, that was more than enough to impress her! After hearing about "The Accident" she stepped in and offered him a job in catering to give him something to distract himself with. Little does he know, this was also to encourage him to try and pick up clowning again.
Cookie CooCoo Crumbles
Cookie is Tootie's beloved, lovey dovey girlfriend!! She is simply stunned by her science experiments! She doesn't seem to understand how they work or how unethical they can be at times, but the spirit sure is there! She makes is always sending her date invites on customized cakes!
JimJam Jamboree
JimJam is Tootie's biological big brother! Yes, biological big brother! She doesn't know why people ask whether or not they're related but answers nonetheless! She adores JimJam and is always checking in on him! She wishes he wouldn't get into so much trouble, but chalks that up to being the Jester in him.
Elmer Gloo
Elmer is Tootie's father and she loves him to pieces! She'll always be thankful for how he supported her when she changed her major! She knows she can go to him when she needs support and always sends treats his way for him and the students to enjoy as thanks.
