An eccentric, strange and slightly unnerving rogue with an unhinged love for calligraphy, Elton is very simply described as “weird” by anyone who comes across him, and “fun” to anyone who tolerates him long enough to realize he can actually be a riot to be around.

Despite being a rogue, he holds a somewhat hypocritical value on the law. He will continue to break rules until he is inevitably caught.

Elton left home for unspecified reasons, and for those very same reasons, can never return. One skill he recalls from his upbringing, however, is managing animals.
