Adoptables / Character Design
* after full payment you receive full rights to character
* i retain authorship and copyright over original artwork and design as creator
You are allowed to:
- modify design as much as you want (species, gender, body type, details, accessories, etc.).
- edit original artwork for personal use
- create any type of content featuring character: artwork, stories, comics, animations, references, etc.
- use character as an avatar, username, wallpaper, sticker, or icon
- gift, trade, or transfer
- resell the character for any price
if you bought an adopt from me you can buy one any commission of that character at a discounted price and get priority in the queue
Commercial Use
- allowed for small businesses and personal projects (e.g. small print runs of merch, sticker packs up to 300–400 pieces, indie games, small print-on-demand orders, etc.)
- large-scale commercial use requires prior agreement and an additional fee.
Bidding
- bids are accepted only in comments under character's post.
- payment must be completed within 24–48 hours after the auction ends.
- accepted payment methods: PayPal, Sberbank, Kaspi.
- no refunds on adoptables
- if you cancel your bid or hold twice, you will be banned from participating in my future auctions and blocked.
by purchasing an adoptable you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.
