The user has the ability to flatten their body parts into a paper-like form, composed of a toughened, slightly fibrous material which can only be ripped by extreme force. The sharp edges of this 'paper' can be used to slice and dice objects; don't touch them because you WILL get a papercut. The user also has the ability to shape their paperlike form into Different shapes and even expand them into bigger things too.
