I have warnings and reasons posted over any part of my account explaining why I may occasionally not be online during irl situations, and I’m tired of people not respecting that. I do not live on Toyhouse, nor does my life belong on Toyhouse and I will not keep repeating my irl issues or mental/medical issues and things I have going on irl to others for the sake of them deciding to be nicer to me after hounding on me because they ‘didn’t know and I’m sorry for coming off rude it wasn’t my intention I just wasn’t aware’, LOOK AT MY PROFILE BLURB AND MY BULLETINS, I UPDATE THEM WHEN I HAVE THINGS GOING ON HENCE WHY IT SAYS TO EXCUSE ANY LATE OR DELAYED REPLIES DIRECTLY ON MY PROFILE. BE NICER TO PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH OR THEIR LIFE. IT’S NOT HARD.

I may have triggering subjects and 18+ topics/art/stories located on my profile or within' my characters and their stories. HOWEVER, it's all properly tagged and sorted, so you will ONLY run into it if you purposefully go looking for it. (All NSFW art is put into it's own sub-gallery and obviously tagged appropriately) NOT ONE character of mine is strictly for NSFW/triggering topics, they may possess them, but they all have personalities, stories, and are MUCH more then just a pretty design. (I’ve written well over 200k words worth of story for my main lads that I just don’t upload, I literally spend everyday working on them.) They are very important and they always will be. Please do not reduce them to nothing just because they have NSFW art or tragic/triggering stories, they mean so much more than that both themselves and to me.

-I DO NOT condone my characters or their designs to be remade or ‘inspired’ by. My characters ALL have a part of me placed on them or in their stories, so any form of copying will make me extremely uncomfortable and creeped out. I do not condone them to be used in anything not approved or made directly by ME (DIN0MIN), this includes and is not limited to, AI, generative AI, tracing, stealing, redrawing, redesigning, inspired by, heavily referenced, and all the above not mentioned that may fall into one or more of these categories.

-I do not do pings anymore, do not ask. Do not offer on any characters outside of the ‘offers’ world either, only characters there may be offered on.

-Do not ask to co-own any characters I own. I do not do co-owns. 

-If I’ve faved a character/s of yours and you put them ufo, please feel free to ping me. (This does NOT mean my favs are ‘shopping lists’, I’m just trying to be nice.)

-Please avoid asking me about wanting one of my characters to enter/be in a relationship with someone else’s character/s, I really prefer to keep ALL my character connects (both platonic/romantic) strictly to my own characters and that’s it.

-I DO NOT an NEVER WILL support anyone or anything that fits in the basic/standard DNI criteria that everyone already knows. I do not care for petty ‘fandom’ drama or ‘cringe’ culture either, you like what you like as long as it’s not literally illegal (which is basically already mentioned in the standard DNI criteria).

-I’m going to mention this once; I genuinely try to be the absolute nicest/sweetest/most understanding person that is physically possible to be. I type a bunch of exclamation marks an emoticons/emojis and tend to even type A LOT to show I am being nice and to make sure my words don’t get mixed up or taken the wrong way; because to me ’standard’ short sentences look mean and uninviting. I get some people don’t like that but I’m literally just trying to make sure you know I’m being nice to you. I even try to spark conversations if it seems you are when I’m in the middle of doing a business transaction to treat you LIKE A DECENT HUMAN; I work and have worked for years since I was a young teenager with the general public, it’s just second nature for me to do that at this point. It literally means nothing else them that. That is NOT me trying to befriend you especially if you are a child (yes; this is including anyone under 21 to be totally honest, and even more so anyone under 18,) or anyone over 21 who has not explicitly made it clear they are trying to be buddies. It is just me having manners. I figured that was pretty obvious/?. I’ve yet for this to be an issue but for future reference; now you know. 👍
