Pastel

Ramona "Pastel" DuBray is the local evil scientist who isn't drawing as much attention as she should be. It's not entirely clear yet what she's doing, but she's doing something. One thing she's done for sure is make that swanky robot arm of hers. Pastel is cocky and moderately rude, though sometimes unexpectedly polite. She's goal-oriented and confident— nothing and no one will stand in her way! She may be a bit too confident. Yes, she is very competent, but no one is invincible. Pastel's malicious intentions are contrasted by her love of cutesy, pastel fashion. She wears lolita dresses all the time, along with her rose gold watch. She has a schedule to keep, you know.
