With heavenly, fluttering wings of dove feathers, Arella is a prim and pragmatic member of Cupid's Assistants and the Heavenly Matchmakers. An almost human embodiment of Cupid's arrow herself, she keeps herself poised and modest, known for steadfast and reliable.
But, outside of work, Arella is an excessively humble and partially shy individual. She takes a while to truly warm up to others, and she has a habit of hiding behind her statuesque work persona.

α―½ An assidious and intelligent girl, Arella has always had a very observant mind. Over the course of her life, her natural knack for picking up things has only increased, adapted keenly to her job. She has an excellent memory, excelling at remembering the fine details, and her ability to remain so cool-headed only makes her more diligent.
α―½ Despite how well she tends to get along with people, she is still an extremely modest girl who prefers to keep to herself. As much as she loves humanity, loves people and their various oddities, they can be a lot. People can unpredictable, and can be hard to understand for such a orderly individual such as Arella. Still, she greets every day with her hands tucked neatly in front of her and a soft look in her daydreamy eyes.
α―½ Still, as dedicated as a person she is, it occasionally comes at the cost of herself. Arella's work/life balance can be a little wonky, and her faithfulness to all her relationships means she sometimes gives herself to the detriment of her own self. She is extremely avoidant of finding herself involved in conflict, with it being one of the few moments where she can lose her composure and shrink in on herself.
Arella is an elegant and poised lady, with rosy pink hair pulled into a braid and soft, blue eyes with pale pupils.

β Arella's hair is thick and wavy, bouncing and curling in just the right places. It is a warm, rosy pink in color, often only highlighted by a rose that she wears tucked into it. In her day-to-day, she keeps in a long braid that falls just a little ways past her breast, and keeps several ringlets to frame her cheeks and face.
β She takes meticulous care of it, often doing night-time hair masks and waking up early to get it to curl just the right way.

β The most telling of her angelic features are Arella's eyes; People call them a window the soul, after all. Her gaze is soft and gentle, although framed by fading eyebags. In terms of color, they are a milky blue, and her pupils are abnormally pale; a telltale sign of her angel blood.

β§ First Encounter and Impressions.
Being part of the same organization, Honey Parfait wasn't a complete stranger by the time the two met face-to-face for the first time. Honey was known for being a rambunctious, outgoing, and excitable girl, who could make amazing desserts out of any flavor or recipe. Rumors spread easily through Cupid's Assistants of the girl who taught others how to use food as love language, and while most would shrug off Honey's curious way of approaching love, Arella knew better.
Her first ever encounter with Honey, however, was a quick stop by the tiger-girl's bakery. Arella's close friend Cassian had raved excessively about the quality about Honey's baked goods, and following a bad week, Arella thought getting him some might cheer him up. With Honey's help, Arella managed to pick up a wonderful gift in baked good form, and a little something for herself. The pastries were of a stunning quality, better than Arella had ever had, especially with the affordable pricepoint. And so, from then on, she found herself stopping by the bakery more often. Eventually, Arella's discussions with the baker shifted from solely transactional to driven by curiosity. She found herself wondering about Honey's favorite things, her guilty pleasures, her hobbies. They more they spoke, the more Arella found herself developing a sweet tooth for something other than the baked goods.
Arella wasn't new to love. She had many partners in the past, being seen as especially desirable due to her angelic heritage, but Honey was such a refreshing person to be around. She made the world feel brighter, the air easier to breath, the syrup taste even sweeter. She started finding things to invite Honey to, to take the role of the courter, instead of the one being courted. She paid for their movie tickets, their fancy dinners, their coffees and pastries, and helped stock the shelves in the bakery. She didn't mind, she hardly cared, not when she enjoyed Honey's presence so much. Honey had such an exciting outlook on life, such a zest for the world and exploring it, and it was invigorating to Arella.
But, Arella's contentment with just being near Honey turned into a sickly-sweet yearning. Honey never caught onto Arella's affections, not until Arella made the first move and kissed her on a walk home. From there, the two just became history.
β§ Attitudes and Dynamic.
Although Honey's presence was always soothing in its authenticity, Arella has found herself truly comforted by the other girl. When her wings grow weary, Honey will always be there to hold her up. Even though the two might seem completely different, they have such a strong kinship. Honey's antics and silly mischief-making is a welcome respite to Arella's orderly way of doing things, and Honey has such a fresh set of eyes on life. She likes the close-knit companionship Honey provides, and Arella likes being able to channel her love on a girl of her own.
A warm respite from the hardships of life, sometimes Arella thinks Honey is the true angel between them.
β§ Hopes for the Future.
The two haven't talked about their future extensively.. at least not a future rooted in reality. Sometimes, as they creep into the late hours of the night, the two will crawl in bed and speak of a potential future in hushed whispers, often followed by stifled giggles. They talk of a bakery with endless floors, tended to by magically summoned cat servants, enchanted ovens, and never ending flour! Arella speaks of having a wonderous ballroom, where she can curtsy and ballroom dance with Honey all night. These are their silly talks of the future.
But deep down, Arella hopes to marry Honey. She pictures a future with Honey, waking up beside her in bed with sunshine peering through the curtains. She imagines seeing Honey in the mirror of her vanity, the tiger-girl blinking drowsily at her from bed as Arella prepares herself for a hard day of work. She dreams of seeing Honey in new outfits, trying new foods, and seeing new places.

Cassian has been a dear friend of Arella's since her early days within the organization. He has excellent taste, an insightful mind, and a genuine heart. He's her most trusted colleague, and he's earned the title wholeheartedly.
The two don't get the chance to see one another as often as they used to, both having their own whirlwinds of a schedule. She sometimes misses the days when they were younger and partially clueless, but she is extremely proud of the man Cassian has grown into, and he is a welcome addition to her day whenever they get the chance to talk.
