SEEKER

THE leader of the council. She's totally hidden from the rest of society and lives in the sea kingdom. She leads with an iron fist but still has an understanding heart... for the most part. She found terrible as a malformed and weakened egg on the volcano island, and smuggled him to the sea kingdom where he would later hatch, and she would 'raise him' as the council's youngest official member. She wasnt a motherly figure to Terrible by any means, raising him just enough that he'd have a concept of authority and how to live; and a long list of self esteem issues. I don't think shes fully aware of the damage she actually caused to him- dragonets aren't where her intelligence lies, but she did save his life.
