Cannot Sell for more than initial buying price unless new art has been added. Trades can only be traded unless new art has been added. Gifts can only be gifted unless new art has been added.
Please give Arborath Notice of the sale just in case he would like to take it back!
Arborath Global Rules
GENERAL
- All designs and art are sold for personal noncommercial use only.
- Designs can be altered, have parts added, have parts removed, have parts changed, have species changes etc. as long as my original art does not get altered and my credits stay the same.
- You may sell, trade and or gift any of my designs.
SELLING FOR $$
- All designs sold must sell at the original price I sold it as unless extra art has been added to it.
- If there is no price in the ownership log from my original sale feel free to use your own price.
TRADING
- I do not have rules for trading designs.
GIFTING
- If I gifted you one of my designs you may only gift or trade this design afterwards unless more art has been added. The value of the added art will be your price of sale.
- If you receive one of my designs as a gift from someone other than myself you may do what you wish with it.
KEEPING DESIGNS ON TOYHOUSE
- I want to keep all my designs on toyhou.se linked to the Arborath account. This ensures that proper credit is kept, and theft is less likely.
- If your account is banned from TH and or you do not use TH anymore, please let me know. I am willing to keep the design on one of my Alt accounts with your name as owner.
